As a FTSE 250 company, we must ensure good governance and demonstrate how compliant we are as a business. We set high standards and expect the same in return from all our stakeholders.

In addition, we consistently change and improve our processes in line with the continued diversification of the Group.

Good compliance not only helps prevent unethical behaviour and violations of the law but also adds value by improving operational efficiencies and avoiding reputational risk.

Our Vision and Values are underpinned by our desire to maintain the highest ethical standards in everything that we do. The UDG Healthcare Code of Conduct is our primary compliance document and spells out our ethical commitment in doing business.

We have made three simple but overriding commitments to protect our values, which are that we will always:

  • Maintain the highest ethical standards in everything that we do
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations
  • Continually improve our compliance management systems

These commitments have to be owned by all employees, not just our Board of Directors or our senior executive team. Our clear expectation is that everyone who works for, or with, a UDG Healthcare company in any capacity, no matter what they do, where they work or how senior or junior they may be, will take personal responsibility, not only for supporting and abiding by these commitments but also for complying fully with our Code of Conduct.
